Есть full-time вакансия Software Engineer в отдел поддержки систем и приложений. Работа достаточно высокого уровня и разнообразная, поэтому нужен человек с широким кругозором - от тестирования связи в интранете и настройки серверов до быстрого поиска и исправления критических багов в ПО (в основном внутренние веб-приложения и открытые сайты). Про зарплату не знаю, но будет как минимум не ниже среднего по отрасли, может даже и выше - по результатам собеседования. Работа в большом общем open office в CBD.

Систем в конторе много, причём достаточно сложных, но зато начальство отзывчивое, всегда может рассказать, подсказать и направить в нужную сторону. Главное - наличие головы на плечах. Будут плюшки типа бесплатной связи, работы из дома, гибкого графика и тп, лишь бы был хороший результат. Конечно же, вам понадобится хороший fluent английский.
Professional background
• At least five years working in a software engineering role managing complex enterprise applications and systems, including load balancing and virtualisation.
• Experience working in a high-pressure BAU environment and managing parallel work streams and competing priorities.
• Experience working closely with business users and stakeholders to effectively prioritise and achieve optimal outcomes to BAU support matters.
• Experience working with ITIL based change and problem management processes will be very useful, although not required.
• Telecommunications experience will be very useful, although is not essential.
Technical skills
• A bachelor level degree in computer science or software engineering.
• Must have a proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Must be proficient across the entire spectrum of IT systems
o Microsoft stack – Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, Exchange, TFS, .NET, Visual Basic, SQL Server, powershelletc.
o Experience with Linux stack – Apache, IPtables, PHP, MySQL, JAVA, PERL and Shell scripting is useful but not required.
• Knowledge of load balancing, network protocols and system/application monitoring techniques.
• Proficient in continuous integration, automated deployment and regression testing techniques.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills; including the ability to interpret technical matters/documents, gauge stakeholder’s level of technical background and communicate key aspects of a matter accordingly, in an appropriate manner.
Responsibilities
• Identification of opportunities to improve existing systems, applications and processes to ensure operational service levels are maintained with lowest operational overhead possible.
• Work effectively with the Application Support Manager and other required technology staff in order to establish and communicate to stakeholders expected turn-around times for BAU support matters.
• Restore impacted services or action service requests within agreed service level requirements, working effectively with the Application Support Manager and other technology staff as required.
• Escalate any possible service level breaches to Application Support Manager or CIO and stakeholder as appropriate.
• Work closely with systems/DB architect and agile architect to ensure operational requirements are incorporated into architectural pattern and practices.
• Ensure all systems and applications are monitored proactively against required service levels and agreed operational metrics are maintained and available.
