После того, как вы подкинули мне идею подавать на рабочую и для дочки на студенческую, я и на самом деле решила так поступить.
В общем, 8-ноября я отправила документы в INZ Moscow branch.
Ниже перечисляю документов, к-е отправила в посольство:

4. Notarized copy of Birth Certificate
5. Medical & Chest X-Ray Certificate INZ 1007
6. Police Certificate
7. Marriage Certificate
8. Application fee
9. Copy of the Diploma
10. Previous Marriage dissolution Certificate
11. Copy of passport pages with endorsements
12. Power of Attorney to collect our passports
Documents for daughter:
1. Application form INZ 1012
2. Passport
3. Birth Certificate
4. Notarized copy of Birth Certificate
5. Medical & Chest X-Ray Certificate INZ 1007
6. Application fee
7. Custody papers (Court Decision)
8. Consent to Departure
9. Copy of passport pages with endorsements
Documents from my husband:
1. Form for partners supporting partnership-based temporary entry applications INZ 1146
2. Certified copy of his passport
Other evidences of our relationship:
1. History of our relationship
2. Letters from family and friends attesting to the relationship with photos
3. Photos of us together
4. Postal letters and cards
5. E-mails to each other
6. Joint bank account papers
7. Airline tickets
8. Receipts of sent gifts
9. WU money transfer receipts
10. Hotel reservation
11. Phone call bills
12. Joint electricity bill
